Outside Food & Decoration are not permitted with the following packages (Baby Boomer, SpaMper, SpaDiva, On the Floor Ultimate Gamers). Should you choose to do so without our approval a $115 fee will be applied. If you’re hiring an outside Vendor and/or Artist, please check with us before confirming. (Usually they need extra time) As a reminder , we offer custom theme, Balloon arch and add-on’s (https://www.kidz-lounge.com/addon)

Decorations and props that need to be taped, glued or nailed anywhere will not be permitted.

Depending on the Party package, you may arrive 5 -15 minutes early. Our staff will assist you with setting.

The place is only accessible for the scheduled time window. In your best interest, and the interest of events to follow, it is imperative that you arrive and vacate the party room as scheduled. Extra time may be added for an additional $125 for each half hour, subject to availability.

You may change expected counts up to 3 days before the party. We realize that getting confirmation for all of the attendees may be difficult at times but in order to have your party packaged and prepared to deliver we MUST have a final tally. You will be charged for the number of children who attend or the number committed– whichever is greater.

We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal property.

Kidz Lounge, its employees, and associates are not responsible for allergic reactions or other medical reactions possibly caused by the menu, makeup, hair accessories, dancing, or any other activity taken place before, during, or after the celebration. In case of liability or financial remuneration due to any possible medical reaction or accident, the responsibility lies solely on the client/party host and/or parent. Additionally, Kidz Lounge assumes no responsibility or liability for any accidents or damages that occur during a party such as staining of skin, hair, or clothing or surroundings due to the use of any products such as eye shadow, hairsprays, colored hairsprays, glitter tattoos, crafting supplies, etc.

Maximum capacity is 30 Adults and 30 children. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Kidz Lounge, reserves the right to use photography taken at your party in any promotional media, whether now known or hereafter existing, controlled by Kidz Lounge, in perpetuity, and for use by Kidz Lounge. Your participation in a Kidz Lounge event constitutes your agreement that you or your party guests will make no monetary or other claim against Kidz Lounge for the use of photographs of your child and/or party.

A parent or guardian of the birthday girl MUST remain on the premises throughout the party. Guests may be dropped off; in doing so, custody of their children rests on the birthday host’s parents, not Kidz Lounge.

We are an event company we do not offer professional salon or spa services. We do not file, cut or trim nails/cuticles or buff feet.

An additional charge of $95 will be applicable should you need the place early, subject to availability.

Should, for any reason, the party dates change, efforts will be made to rebook on a new date.

Dates are reserved on a first come, first served basis. We must receive your deposit to secure your party date. The balance of your birthday party must be paid in full. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable in the event of cancellation or failure to show up for the scheduled party. In the event of inclement weather, Kidz Lounge reserves the right to cancel the party and parents have the option to reschedule, subject to availability, or receive a refund.

Kidz Lounge accepts Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (Please note: Credit Cards Subject to 3.5% fee)
